About The Position
Central Anesthesia Service Exchange (CASE) Medical Group seeks to hire a BE/BC Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join their dynamic team in Sacramento, CA. This is a physician-only private practice with over 100 anesthesiologists, including pediatric board-certified specialists. They have a long-standing 30+ year relationship with Sutter Sacramento Medical Center and neighboring surgery centers. The role offers a diverse case mix with various service lines, including stroke center, orthopedics, neuro, general surgery, robotics, GYN, urology, ENT, and more. CASE offers a "Pooled Unit" revenue distribution plan for equitable compensation, has the lowest anesthesiology medical malpractice premiums in California, and offers a two-year path to shareholder status. They also have an expert "In-House" billing service since 1989. A $75,000 CASE sign-on incentive is offered as a forgivable loan. Competitive compensation ranges from $400-$600k annually, with potential for more based on workload/call. Scheduling is managed by a partner physician and aligned with individual preferences, promoting work-life balance within a transparent and collegial culture. Individualized support is provided for credentialing, licensing, and business administration, with opportunities to join physician-led CASE committees and hospital committees.
Requirements
- Board eligible/Board certified Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist.
- Must be BE/BC.
