About The Position

West Virginia University School of Medicine and the WVU Heart & Vascular Institute's Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery are actively recruiting a board certified/eligible cardiothoracic surgeon (ranks available Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor) with a specialty interest in Adult Cardiac Surgery. The candidate will practice in Wheeling, WV. Depending on operational needs, a successful candidate may also be assigned to provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. In such instances, travel would be anticipated and expected to fulfill said duties at these additional sites.
