About The Position
ADHDAdvisor.org is dedicated to breaking down traditional barriers to ADHD diagnosis and treatment, aiming to make mental healthcare more accessible to everyone, regardless of their location. Our telehealth platform, Receptive, combines technology, clinical expertise, and innovative approaches to emotional well-being. We are seeking Louisiana-licensed Physicians to join our provider network, allowing them to concentrate on clinical practice while we manage all other aspects of the practice.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted license in Louisiana.
- Experience in diagnosing and treating adult ADHD.
- Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform.
- A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Reliable Internet connection.
- Currently residing in the US.
Nice To Haves
- Active DEA license preferred.
- Stimulants can be provided in certain states where a DEA is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic mental healthcare to patients, including diagnosis and medication management.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs, adhering to best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with the mental health professional team for comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Contribute to shaping treatment philosophy and developing clinical policies and procedures.
