About The Position

OCOM is seeking a passionate, patient-focused, and service-oriented Physical Therapy Technician to join their rehabilitation team. This role is crucial in helping patients restore function, regain strength, and return to daily activities safely and efficiently. The team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality care and an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

BCLS certification required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow direction and work under supervision.
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of PT Tech experience in an outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in administering therapeutic treatment procedures, including moist heat, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, whirlpool, therapeutic exercise, and isokinetic exercise.
Assist with patient treatment programs as directed by supervising therapist.
Report patient reactions and observations to supervising therapist.
Maintain, clean, and organize departmental equipment and supplies.
Participate in educational programs and team meetings to improve patient care and performance.
Support a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment.
