Professional Therapy Partners is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Technician to support two outpatient clinics in Santa Fe, New Mexico , creating a full-time schedule across both locations. This role supports our Physical Therapists with patient care, clinic flow, and daily operations. It fits candidates interested in healthcare, physical therapy, sports medicine, or rehabilitation who want hands-on experience in an outpatient setting. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and professional
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Physical Therapy Tech, Rehab Aide, Medical Assistant, or Fitness Professional preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists with outpatient treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and exercise areas
- Support patients during exercises and mobility activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
- Sanitize equipment and follow safety protocols
- Monitor patients and communicate concerns to therapists
- Assist with basic administrative and front-desk tasks as needed
- Support efficient patient flow across both clinic locations
