About The Position

The clinic's number one priority is the patient, striving to provide individualized treatment with hands-on, compassionate care. They perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient input for treatment planning and goal setting. The Physical Therapy Technician role involves providing basic care and assistance to patients during therapy sessions, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, transporting patients to and from treatment areas, and following instructions from therapists and other healthcare professionals. The technician works as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective patient care, assists patients with transfers, mobility, and exercises as directed by therapists, and monitors patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the supervising therapist.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in a medical environment, ideally in a physical or occupational therapy department
• Bilingual

Responsibilities
