About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapy Technician in Owensboro, KY, offering a part-time role with a varied weekday schedule and compensation of $11/hour, pending experience. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
Responsibilities
- Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
- Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
- Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
- Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
