We are interviewing physical therapy technicians supervisor for our outpatient clinic Hendersonville Location. We have 8 private-practice clinics and manage 5 contract satellite outpatient clinics. We have a strong, collaborative team of professionals committed to working together. Requirements

  • Prior experience in a rehab or physical therapy setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality along with a desire to improve the quality of life of our patients and clients.
  • Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to meet the physical demands of the job, such as routine lifting, carrying, and pushing.

Nice To Haves

  • An interest in the field of physical therapy and a background in Exercise Science is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy technicians
  • Coordinate daily clinic flow and patient support activities
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
  • Assist therapists with treatment preparation and patient engagement
  • Train and onboard new staff members
  • All other duties as assigned and permitted by law
