About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapy Tech. The role offers hands-on clinical experience working alongside licensed Physical Therapists and participation in the company’s Pre-PT School Training Pathway. It is intended for people pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, healthcare administration, or another healthcare career. No clinical experience is needed; training is provided.

The position pays $11 per hour and is located at 770 S. Hwy. 99, Fillmore, UT 84631. The schedule is flexible to accommodate school or work commitments. Preferred hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00–3:00 p.m., with some variation based on daily needs.

The Pre-PT Pathway includes online coursework taught by Mountain Land therapists and PT school application guidance. After completing the pathway and more than 800 hours, employees may earn a $3,000 PT school scholarship or a $1,500 PTA school scholarship. The posting also describes a potential sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for returning after graduation as a full-time therapist, along with mentorship, recommendation letters, mock interviews, and guidance from experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.
