Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapy Technician/Aide to support our therapy team and help provide an excellent patient experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is interested in healthcare, and wants to be part of a collaborative clinical team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable, professional, and patient-focused
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare, fitness, athletic training, or customer service experience preferred
- Interest in physical therapy, sports medicine, or a healthcare career is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists and therapy staff with daily clinic operations
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient care
- Assist patients with exercises and mobility activities as directed by the therapist
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
- Escort and assist patients as needed throughout their visit
- Help ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional patient experience
- Perform basic administrative tasks and support the therapy team as needed
