About The Position

Join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide rehabilitative services designed to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care while supporting residents in achieving their highest level of function and quality of life.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required
• Strong communication and documentation skills required
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams required
• Knowledge of safety protocols, mobility training, and therapeutic exercise techniques required

Nice To Haves

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Experience with rehabilitation and restorative therapy programs preferred
