This position requires an active New Mexico Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license and a minimum of 2 years of recent Physical Therapy Assistant experience. The role also requires current BLS certification. The ideal candidate will have experience performing comprehensive PT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans. Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, strengthening, mobility, and functional rehabilitation is essential. Additionally, strong clinical documentation and patient communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently while managing a diverse patient caseload.
