About The Position
BHMG Outpatient Physical therapy Eastpoint Pkwy Full Time working Physical Therapist Manager. Baptist Health Physical Therapy is part of the outpatient services of Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), a comprehensive network including over 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians across Kentucky and Indiana. The Outpatient PT Manager is a “hands-on” working manager that directs daily clinical operations, and pursues the business and mission goals and responsibilities. Maintain communications with physicians, clients, customers, and other health care providers; and supervises clinic / location specific departmental employees. These responsibilities include staff scheduling and performing the Job Performance Appraisals for those PT employees in their location and serving as the daily front line supervisor for all activities and working hours of the PT operations at their clinic. In addition, the Clinical Manager is the default clinical coordinator for all PT and PTA students and volunteers in the department.
Requirements
- Current Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license
- Two years clinical experience required
- Basic Life Support Certification required
