Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active state licensure
Minimum 2+ years clinical experience
Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive growth
Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

leadership experience preferred
Experience tracking and managing performance metrics preferred
Certifications such as dry needling, cupping, BFR, or other manual therapy specialties are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Maintain strong clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
Ensure timely, compliant documentation
Lead day-to-day clinic operations
Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture
Mentor and develop clinicians and support staff
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Model BEST’s values and integrated care philosophy
Drive clinic growth through community engagement, referral relationships, and local partnerships
Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives
Monitor and manage clinic KPIs (visits, retention, case management, payer mix, etc.)
Identify opportunities to expand services within PT, Nutrition, and Behavioral Health
Ensure scheduling efficiency while protecting 1-on-1 care standards
Manage clinic performance metrics and profitability
Oversee quality assurance and patient experience
Partner with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives
