About The Position

Hemet Hills Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team! This is a full-time position.

Requirements

  • Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping patients improve function and quality of life

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or rehabilitation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
  • Assist patients in achieving their highest level of functional mobility and independence
  • Identify and communicate barriers to patient progress
  • Accurately document treatments, patient responses, and progress
  • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary rehab team
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
  • Provide exceptional patient-centered care
