About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide home-based care. Working under the direction of Physical Therapists, the PTA treats patients with physical impairments using physical modalities. The role aims to help people with physical challenges improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a PTA in the state of employment.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Automobile liability insurance.
- Dependable transportation maintained in good working condition.
- Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities under the direction of Physical Therapists.
- Assist patients in improving mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living.
