Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time $30–$35/hour Easley, SC About Us Powdersville Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Easley, SC, just minutes from downtown Greenville. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide high-quality therapy services designed to help residents improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current South Carolina PTA license in good standing
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans according to physician orders and therapy goals
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
- Document treatments, progress notes, and required clinical information accurately and timely
- Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in care conferences and team meetings as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Support residents in achieving their highest level of function and independence
