About The Position
Join Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities and Home visits. We're looking for a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy that helps residents maintain independence and age in place.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Alabama PTA license
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
- Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
- Complete accurate, timely documentation
