Requirements
- Active Florida PTA License
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments in patient homes
- Implement treatment plans established by supervising PT
- Monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Communicate changes to supervising therapist
- Complete documentation
