About The Position

This role is in a Skilled Nursing setting where the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses. Requirements

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
• Active State License
• Supervisory Professional References
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen

• One year of recent experience in a SNF setting is preferred.
