About The Position
Join Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities. We're looking for a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy that helps residents maintain independence and age in place. This PRN role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work with a diverse geriatric population while maintaining control of your schedule.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Florida PTA license
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care

- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
