About The Position

Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Our interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to support residents in regaining strength, mobility, and independence following illness, injury, or surgery. Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in good standing (as required by state regulations).

Responsibilities
