This role is for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) working in an in-house, family-owned therapy organization, not a contract therapy company. The therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, allowing focus on patient-centered care. Requirements
- Active PTA license in good standing

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision
- Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression
- Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
