About The Position
White Blossom is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role is ideal for a flexible clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Current, valid PTA license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a clinical or post-acute setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist with implementing individualized care plans to support patient recovery and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
