About The Position

As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Requirements

License or pending license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the treating state
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Eagerness to grow & learn
Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
Team player

Responsibilities

Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty.
Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
Collaborate and mentor with teammates while maintaining autonomy and growth.
Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Pursue professional tracks including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
