Requirements
- Current or eligible Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Pennsylvania
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic activities

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with functional mobility, transfers, ambulation, and assistive devices
- Guide residents through strengthening, balance, and therapeutic exercises
- Monitor resident progress and response to treatment
- Accurately document treatment and progress using Net Health
- Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, residents, families, and caregivers
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
