About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to provide home-based care. Working under the direction of Physical Therapists, the PTA treats patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The role aims to help people who are physically challenged improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living.
Requirements
- Must be currently licensed as a PTA in the state of employment.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities under the direction of Physical Therapists.
- Help patients improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living.
