As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Responsibilities

  • Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty.
  • Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
  • Collaborate and mentor with other clinicians.
  • Maintain autonomy and growth specific to individual passions and expertise.
  • Provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
