About The Position
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN $35–$45/hour Easley, SC About Us Powdersville Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Easley, SC, just minutes from downtown Greenville. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current South Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- Must maintain all required continuing education requirements
- Must remain in good standing with the State Board
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills

- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and therapy goals
- Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist
- Document treatment sessions, resident responses, and progress notes accurately and timely
- Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive resident outcomes
- Participate in care conferences and team meetings as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Support residents in achieving their highest level of function and independence
