About The Position
Sobe Innovative Rehab is an outpatient therapy-at-home provider that serves Assisted Living Facilities and conducts home visits. We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver high-quality geriatric therapy. The goal of this therapy is to help residents maintain their independence and age in place. This PRN role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the chance to work with a diverse geriatric population while managing your own schedule.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Florida PTA license
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
- Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
- Complete accurate, timely documentation
