Logan Health Cut Bank is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to support our rehabilitation services team in delivering high-quality care to both inpatient and outpatient populations. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and help implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of needs. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Montana Physical Therapy Assistant license required
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with familiarity with electronic medical records
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain cooperative working relationships with patients, providers, and staff
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation and progression of individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Provide physical therapy treatments in accordance with established care plans, department standards, and scope of practice
  • Support care for a variety of patient populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Document treatments accurately, including therapy units billed and time associated with patient care
  • Communicate patient concerns, changes in condition, and treatment updates promptly and professionally to the supervising Physical Therapist and care team
  • Respond effectively to changing patient needs and daily workflow demands while maintaining a calm, organized, and patient-centered approach
  • Help promote a safe, efficient, and supportive rehabilitation environment for patients and colleagues
