Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
Follow developed recovery plans.
Deliver therapy treatments.
Design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
Collaborate with peers.
Make referrals to help patients get the care they need to thrive.
Put patients first, ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
