About The Position

Provides rehabilitation therapy procedures to patients under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist and assists with patient and caregiver education. This is a part-time PRN position in the outpatient setting at Ludington Hospital, with a day shift and four scheduled hours per week.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 90 days.
• Michigan driver's license required upon hire for Home Care Business Lines.
