About The Position
Stern at Home Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes in and around Newark, NJ. This role is designed for PTAs who are looking for a less demanding environment than high-volume clinics, offering manageable caseloads, the ability to treat one patient at a time, and supportive clinical leadership. Requirements
- Active PTA license in New Jersey
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical skills

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized care plans for patients, primarily geriatric, in their homes.
- Treat patients in the Newark area.
- Work closely with supervising Physical Therapists (PTs).
- Document patient care promptly.
- Collaborate with a clinical team.
- Build your own schedule and caseload, with no double-booking.
