About The Position

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitative care to senior patients in senior living communities. As a member of an on-site rehabilitation team, the assistant provides services under specific medical orders and as part of a coordinated care team. The role emphasizes attentive, one-on-one therapy and functional treatments delivered with a holistic, patient-centered approach. The position offers mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments, along with opportunities to advance a career, pursue clinical interests, and develop subject matter expertise. The role can accommodate weekend availability; the posting also describes a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no holiday requirements. The hourly pay range is USD $30.00–$37.00.

Requirements

Associate of Applied Science degree in the area of discipline.
Current license in the state of practice.
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents.
