Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Florida
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Licensed to practice within the state of Florida
- CPR certification required (Online certification not accepted).
- At least one year of institutional experience
- Reliable Transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services and assessments to patients in their homes
- Guide and instruct patients through prescribed therapeutic care.
- Assist in the implementation and development of patient care plans.
- Prepare progress notes following visits for patients’ charts.
