This role is for an in-house Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Elms Retirement Village in Wellington, OH. Unlike contract therapy models, this position is part of a family-owned, clinician-led therapy organization where the focus is on patient-centered care. Requirements
- Active PTA license in good standing

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision
- Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression
- Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
