About The Position
This role is for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in an in-house, family-owned therapy organization, as opposed to a contract therapy model. The focus is on delivering meaningful, patient-centered care. The therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, allowing therapists to concentrate on patient needs. Requirements
- Active PTA license in good standing

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision
- Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression
- Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
