About The Position
Concordia has an exciting opportunity for licensed therapy assistants to join our Rehabilitative team at our newest location: Concordia at SpiriTrust – Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA. Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life
- Submits timely and accurate documentation.
