About The Position

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will provide therapy assistance and help patients reach their recovery goals. This role utilizes AI-supported documentation to allow more time for hands-on care and efficient capture of key session details. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, reduced documentation burden, work-life balance through less after-hours documentation, and enhanced efficiency with technology-driven workflows. Candidates should be local and willing to travel to Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Hollywood, and Studio City.

Requirements

• A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Support PTs in therapy sessions aimed at patient mobility improvement.
• Use AI tools to assist in documenting therapy outcomes efficiently.
