Requirements
- Current PTA license in the state of employment
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety, and equipment use
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to improve patient outcomes
