About The Position
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in planning and implementing treatment programs for residents Deliver therapy services in accordance with treatment plans and facility guidelines Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination Monitor and document resident progress; report changes to supervising therapist Educate residents and family members on safe mobility techniques Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Active North Carolina PTA license
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is preferred but not required
