What You'll Do As a Home Health PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized therapy services in patients' homes. Requirements

Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
Afternoon availability

Nice To Haves

Previous home care experience
Monday–Friday availability

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs
Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall function
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
