About The Position

Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Enjoy working in geriatrics.
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation and wellness services as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Treat patients throughout the continuum of care within a CCRC setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• Work in various settings including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Home Health, and Outpatient.
