About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide home-based care. Working under the direction of Physical Therapists, the PTA treats patients with physical impairments using physical modalities. The goal is to help patients improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living.
Requirements
- Must be currently licensed as a PTA in the state of employment.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must have dependable transportation maintained in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities under the direction of Physical Therapists.
- Help patients improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for daily living.
