Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to serve patients throughout the Groton, MA area. What You'll Do As a Home Health PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized therapy services in patients' homes. Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
- Afternoon availability

- Monday–Friday availability
Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs
- Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall function
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
