About The Position
Vertical Health Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join their in-house therapy team at Atrium Place Health & Rehab in St Louis, MO. This is a PRN position with daytime hours. The company is a locally managed and rapidly growing healthcare provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri. This role offers the opportunity to work in one consistent location with supportive leadership, reasonable productivity expectations, and a focus on patient-centered care. The facility has been recently updated with a new therapy gym and equipment. The role involves treating diverse caseloads including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients. The company emphasizes that skilled nursing facilities treat many of the same diagnoses as hospital settings but with more time to connect and care for each patient, making it a fulfilling setting.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
