Sustainable Talent is conducting the search for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on behalf of Markson Chiropractic & Medical. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including personal injury, work-related injuries, orthopedic conditions, pediatric, geriatric, and general rehabilitation patients. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient outcomes, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is looking to grow professionally within a respected and established healthcare organization.
Requirements
- Current Florida Physical Therapy Assistant License (Required)
- Strong clinical and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional

Responsibilities
- Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with providers
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery goals
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience through professionalism and compassionate care
- Collaborate with providers and team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
