We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated PTA to join our rehab team in Cincinnati, where you'll empower older adults to stay strong, independent, and living their best lives. Whether you're helping someone recover mobility or guiding them back to their favorite daily routine, your work here truly matters.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Active state license
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- Deliver one-on-one care with creativity, heart, and purpose.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
- Be part of an interdisciplinary team that values collaboration and compassion.
