About The Position
City View Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join their exceptional in-house rehabilitation team. The role involves helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. The role is suitable for both experienced PTAs and recent graduates.
Requirements
- Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for rehabilitation and resident-centered care
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on individualized care plans
- Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the therapy team
- Document treatments and resident outcomes accurately and timely
- Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies
- Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient-centered care
